SPX FLOW Lightnin® Mixer Service Center Relocation
SPX FLOW has announced the relocation of its Lightnin mixer service center to Pasadena, Texas. The strategic move, which is part of SPX FLOW’s continuous efforts to enhance customer experience, better positions the center to serve its customers in the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, construction and general industrial sectors.
Ed Robinson, Director of Service Operations at SPX FLOW, said: “This is a strategic move to support our continued investment in the Texas area. The move will allow for faster response times and provide a higher level of support through a wide range of aftermarket services including repairs, upgrades and refurbishments.”
The center, which is the only authorized SPX FLOW Lightnin service center in Texas, offers a wide range of services for both Lightnin brand and other types of mixers. It holds an extensive inventory of genuine Lightnin parts and is fully staffed with factory trained technicians capable of expertly troubleshooting problems and restoring mixing equipment to its original specification.
Robinson continued: “Our service centers are geared to increase reliability, optimize life of equipment and reduce total cost of ownership for our customers. The range of services we offer extends from standard levels of mixer refurbishments to fully customized repairs and service programs to meet individual customer needs.”
Programs such as the Lightnin exchange gearbox and Lightnin Conversion Mixer Exchange (CMX), help ensure cost-effective repairs to get mixers up and running again quickly without excessive costs. All repairs carried out, whatever the original brand of mixer, are guaranteed to OEM specifications and all refurbished equipment carries a full warranty for the rebuild and parts used.
