Local Bolting Rental Service Centers Benefitting Louisiana Customers
LOUISIANA, USA, Feb 07, 2019 - Two new SPX FLOW Bolting Rental Service Centers in Louisiana, USA, are proving to be a great advantage to customers in the area. Conveniently located in Sulphur and Gonzales, the new facilities offer significant advantages with comprehensive, local, OEM inventory covering hydraulic torque wrenches, spring return tensioners, nut splitters, pneumatic torque guns, hydraulic pumps, impact sockets and other ancillary equipment. Fully up and running, the centers are supported by experienced personnel and customers can be assured of rapid response and a comprehensive range of services to keep operations running smoothly, minimize any downtime, and reduce project timescales.
SPX FLOW Bolting Systems® has a long experience in the industrial oil and gas and power generation sectors. Alongside rentals, the new centers offer a comprehensive range of supporting services including calibration of pump gauges, torque wrenches, clicker wrenches and pneumatic torque guns along with expert repair services for SPX FLOW hydraulic pump units and all torque and tensioning tooling.
Following the opening of the centers in September 2018, SPX FLOW has already added two highly experienced sales personnel to help enhance customer experiences.
Kathleen Baker, Director of Commercial Operations for North America at Bolting Systems, commented, “As an OEM, we are well positioned to offer customers high quality solutions and services. Michael Sanders is a member of the sales team supporting the Gonzales location and surrounding areas in Eastern and South Louisiana. He has vast experience in Industrial/downstream O&G markets in the Baton Rouge, Gonzales and New Orleans areas. Kenny Ortego is a member of the sales team supporting the Sulphur location and surrounding areas in Western Louisiana. Ortego has a bachelor’s degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles and has worked for over two decades providing industrial products to the O&G, petrochemical, OEM markets in the State of Louisiana.
Baker continued, “I am confident customers will benefit from and appreciate the long experience and local knowledge offered by both Sanders and Ortego. The new centers and appointment of experienced personnel are part of our continuing strategy to enhance customer experience and support with services to help maximize process availability and reduce project or maintenance times.”
