FEATURES

The Dynamic Mixer BMX, built for various scales of butter production, offers a capacity range of 100 to 12,000 l/h. With dynamic mixer technology, it creates a uniform blend every time, reducing processing time and ensuring consistent product quality. The BMX is ideal for butter products, dairy blends, and various other spreadable items. 

  • Space-saving Design: The compact size facilitates easy integration into butter processing plants and other production lines. 

  • Hygienic Construction: A fully welded rotor and mixing house design enhances CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) effectiveness, ensuring optimal sanitation. Quick rotor mounting minimizes inspection downtime. 

  • Maintenance-friendly: No loose parts in the product area streamline maintenance, enhancing operational safety. 

  • Customizable Options: Available with direct ingredient injection for precise production flexibility. 

 

 Material Composition 

Constructed from durable stainless steel AISI 316L for all product-contacting parts, while AISI 304 is used for non-contact parts, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. 

Sealing 

Equipped with a single mechanical seal made of SIC/TUC, providing reliable sealing performance and minimizing the risk of leakage. 

 Motor 

The motor’s frequency regulation (ranging from 2.2 to 11 kW) enables precise process control and energy efficiency. 

 Inlet/Outlet Connection 

Standard HP DIN 11864-3 clamp fittings with alternative fitting types available upon request. 

 

Product Pressure 

Withstands product pressures up to 25 bar, making it suitable for a variety of butter and dairy processing needs.
