The APV Rannie® 160T and Gaulin® 160T high-pressure homogenizers are engineered for superior particle size reduction and enhanced emulsion stability. Featuring a robust 3-plunger design, these high-performance homogenizers deliver reliable, consistent results across a wide range of industrial and sanitary applications—maximizing efficiency, uptime, and process control.

The Rannie 160T and Gaulin 160T are high-performance, high-pressure homogenizers engineered for exceptional particle size reduction and superior emulsion stability. Designed to meet the demands of both industrial and sanitary applications, these homogenizers deliver consistent, reliable results with maximum efficiency.

Each unit features a 3-plunger design and is available with either a Mono-Block or Three-Piece valve housing. A wide range of standard and custom options is offered, including tailored selections for plungers, packings, pump valves, valve seats, and seals to suit your specific application needs. Capacities range from 3,850 lph (1,010 gph) at 1,200 bar (17,400 psi) to 26,000 lph (6,910 gph) at 210 bar (3,000 psi) depending on the selected configuration.
